The Northern Ireland Social Care Council (Appointments and Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001
10.—(1) The Northern Ireland Social Care Council (Appointments and Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001(1) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 4 (disqualification for appointment)—
(a)for paragraph (1)(b) substitute—
“(b)a person who is the subject of a bankruptcy restrictions order;”;
(b)omit paragraphs (3) and (4).
(3) In regulation 6(6) (termination of tenure of office of chairman and members), for the words “is adjudged bankrupt or makes a composition or arrangement with his creditors” substitute “becomes the subject of a bankruptcy restrictions order”.
