6.  In the Miscellaneous Food Additives Regulations (Northern Ireland)1996(1) in column 1 of Schedule 7, after “Partially dehydrated and totally dehydrated milk as defined in Directive 2001/114/EC” add “as amended by Directive 2007/61/EC”.
