Amendment of the Administration Act

In section 72(3) of the Administration Act(1) (income support and other payments) in paragraph (c) and the full-out words after that paragraph for “or an income-based jobseeker’s allowance”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “, an income-based jobseeker’s allowance or an income-related employment and support allowance”.
