9.  The following Regulations are revoked—

(a) the Social Fund (Applications) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1988(1);

(b) the Social Fund (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1990(2); and

(c) the Social Fund (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002(3).
