The Meat (Official Controls Charges) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006

The official controls charge

1.  Subject to paragraphs 2, the official controls charge payable by the operator of any premises for any accounting period shall be the lower of —

(a)the sum of —

(i)the standard charge incurred in relation to those premises for that period, and

(ii)any additional charge incurred in relation to those premises for that period by virtue of paragraph 7; and

(b)the time costs generated by those premises for that period.
