Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Brucellosis Control (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 and shall come into operation on 12th January 2006.
Amendment of the Brucellosis Control Order (Northern Ireland) 2004
2. In paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the Brucellosis Control Order (Northern Ireland) 2004(1) for the word “Ballyclare” there shall be substituted the word “Ballymena”.
