The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Article 1(2) of the Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (Commencement No. 4) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 and shall come into operation on 9th November 2005.
2. Article 46(2) of the Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 shall come into operation.
3. The Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (Commencement No. 1) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003(2) shall be revoked.
