Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (Commencement No. 4) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 and shall come into operation on 9th November 2005.
2. Article 46(2) of the Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 shall come into operation.
Revocation
3. The Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (Commencement No. 1) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) shall be revoked.
