Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001 and shall come into operation on 23rd July 2001.
Amendment of the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996
2. In paragraph 18 of Schedule 2 to the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) after the words “Offenders Order” there shall be added “, or Article 37A of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991(2).”.
