Revocations
9. The following provisions shall be revoked—
(a)paragraph 4(5)(1) and (6) of Schedule 8 and paragraph 12 of Schedule 9 to the Income Support Regulations;
(b)paragraph 5(5) and (6) of Schedule 5 to the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations;
(c)paragraph 3(5) and (6) of Schedule 3 to the Housing Benefit Regulations.
