3. In regulation 3(3) of the Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993(1), for the words “the Ionising Radiations Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1985” there shall be substituted “the Ionising Radiations Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 [S.R. 2000 No. 375]”.
