Transitional provision
3.—(1) The Code which came into effect on 10th May 1993 by virtue of the Code of Practice (Redundancy Consultation and Procedures) Order (Northern Ireland) 1993(1) shall only have effect in relation to any proceedings which were before an industrial tribunal or the Industrial Court before 1st October 1998.
