2. In the Coal and Other Mines (Fire and Rescue) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1970(1), in regulation 13(2) (which relates to precautions in case of outbreak or suspected outbreak of fire) for the words “the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1986” there shall be substituted “the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997”.
