Offence	Fixed Penalty
In this Schedule a “fixed penalty offence” is an offence specified in the Road Traffic (Fixed Penalty) (Offences) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997(1).
(a) A fixed penalty offence which does not involve (a) obligatory endorsement;	£20·00
(b) A fixed penalty offence involving obligatory (b) endorsement.	£40·00
