Offshore Installations (Well Control) Regulations 1980

2.  In regulation 1(2) (definitions) of the Offshore Installations (Well Control) Regulations 1980(1) there shall be substituted, for the definition of “responsible person”, the following definition—

““responsible person” means a competent person authorised by or on behalf of the owner:”.
