The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (NI19) N.I.

27.—(1) In Article 197(3) for sub-paragraph (b) substitute— N.I.

“(b) a supply of water or sewerage services by a water or sewerage undertaker;”.

(2) In Article 343(4) for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b) a supply of water or sewerage services by a water or sewerage undertaker;”.
