SCHEDULE 4 TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS AND SAVINGS

1.  Each of Articles 35, 36, 37, 39, 44, 45, 47 and 48 shall apply in relation to offenders convicted (but not sentenced) before the commencement of that Article as it applies to offenders convicted afterwards.
