3. In section 58 (evidence of children in commital proceedings)—
(a)paragraph (3)(a) shall cease to have effect;
(b)at the end of subsecton (5) insert—
“;and
“child” has the same meaning as in Article 4 of the Childen’s Evidence (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 (certain cases involving children)”.
