SCHEDULE 7 REDUCED RATE ELECTIONS: BASIC AMOUNT OF STATE PENSION UNDER SECTION 12

1.  This Schedule—

(a) sets out the circumstances in which a woman is entitled to a basic amount for the purpose of section 12, and

(b) determines that basic amount.
