(1)Any statutory instrument containing an order or regulations made under this Measure is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.
(2)Subsection (1) does not apply to–
(a)an order under section 21(1);
(b)orders and regulations to which subsection (3) applies.
(3)A statutory instrument containing an order under section 3(4) or regulations under section 4, 5(1)(g), 6, 9, [F19A] or 14 (whether alone or with other provisions) may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the National Assembly for Wales.
