Commencement and short title S

43 Commencement S

(1) This section and sections 34, F1 ... 40, 41, 42 and 44 come into force on the day of Royal Assent.

(2) The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may, by order, appoint.

(3) An order under subsection (2) may contain transitional, transitory or saving provision.

44 Short title S

The short title of this Act is the Landfill Tax (Scotland) Act 2014.
