8In the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002, in schedule 2 (listed authorities)—
(a)after paragraph 21A there is inserted—
“21BThe Convener of the Water Customer Consultation Panels (appointed under paragraph 5(1) of schedule 1 to the Water Industry (Scotland) Act 2002 (asp 3)) and those Panels.”; and
(b)in paragraph 55, for the word “Commissioner” there is substituted “Commission”.
