1In section 1(7) of the Human Tissue Act 1961 (removal of parts of bodies for medical purposes), after the word “institution" there is inserted “ or in accommodation provided by a care home service (“care home service” having the meaning given by section 2(3) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 8)) ”.
