103 Amount of repairs grant

In section 248(5) (repairs grants) of the 1987 Act—

(a) for the words from “247” to “244)” substitute “243 and 245 to 247”,

(b) for the words from “for the words” to the end substitute “the words from “or such other” to “244(7)” are omitted.”
