4 Charge of administrative expenses upon moneys provided by Parliament. N.I.

(3) There shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament all such expenses of Irish services in Northern Ireland as were, before the day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Government of Ireland Act, 1920, as respects those services, defrayed out of any fund [F2 or part of a fund the assets of which have been (in whole or part) transferred or apportioned to the Government of Northern Ireland by the Joint Exchequer Board under that Act.]
