There are currently no known outstanding effects for the UK Withdrawal from the European Union (Continuity) (Scotland) Act 2021, Paragraph 12.
12(1)Environmental Standards Scotland must, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year—S
(a)prepare and publish a report on its activities during that year,
(b)send a copy of the report to the Scottish Ministers, and
(c)lay a copy of the report before the Scottish Parliament.
(2)It is for Environmental Standards Scotland to determine the form and content of each report.
