I113Authority to perform functions

South of Scotland Enterprise may authorise any of its—
a
members,
b
committees,
c
sub-committees, or
d
staff,
to perform such of its functions (and to such extent) as it may determine.

The giving of authority under subsection (1) does not—
a
affect the responsibility of South of Scotland Enterprise for the performance of the function, or
b
prevent South of Scotland Enterprise from performing the function itself.
