Independence S

1 (1) In performing its functions, the Scottish Commission on Social Security is not subject to the direction or control of any member of the Scottish Government. S

(2) This paragraph is subject to any contrary provision in this or any other enactment.

2 S The Commission—

(a) is not a servant or agent of the Crown, and

(b) does not enjoy any status, immunity or privilege of the Crown.
