10(1)A person who attends a meeting of the Commission at its request is entitled to be paid by the Scottish Ministers such travelling and other allowances (including compensation for loss of time) as the Ministers determine.S
(2)In sub-paragraph (1) the reference to the Commission includes any of its committees or sub-committees.
