A person commits an offence if the person intentionally obstructs the Scottish Ministers in exercising their powers under section 45, 51, 52 or 53.

A person commits an offence if the person intentionally obstructs the Scottish Ministers in exercising their powers under section 59.
3
A person who commits an offence under subsection (1) or (2) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
