SCHEDULE S FIXED PENALTY FOR OFFENCE UNDER SECTION 1

Recovery of unpaid fixed penalties S

9 S Subject to paragraphs 7 and 8, where a fixed penalty remains unpaid after the expiry of the period for payment of the penalty it is enforceable in like manner as an extract registered decree arbitral bearing a warrant for execution issued by the sheriff for any sheriffdom.
