8SIn section 73B(12) of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 (regulations relating to student loans), for the words “54, 54A or 54C of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 or on an order being made under paragraph 11 of Schedule 4 to that Act” there is substituted “ 137, 138 or 140 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 ”.
