The Housing (Scotland) Act 2010 is amended as follows.

In section 60(3) (power to remove officers), for the words “has the meaning given by the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 (c.66)” there is substituted “ is to be construed in accordance with section 16 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 ”.

In section 165 (interpretation), in paragraph (c)(i) of the definition of “undischarged bankrupt”, after the words “1985 (c.66)” there is inserted “ , the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 ”.
