Small Landholders (Scotland) Act 1911 S

1 S In section 26 of the Small Landholders (Scotland) Act 1911 (supplementary provisions and restrictions), in subsection (3)(e), for “the Allotments (Scotland) Act, 1892, or the Local Government (Scotland) Act, 1894”, substitute “ Part 9 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 ”.
