(1)The 1982 Act is amended as follows.
(2)In section 28 (metal dealers: licensing and regulation)—
(a)in subsection (1), for the words “Subject to subsection (2) below, a” substitute “A”,
(b)subsections (2) and (3) are repealed.
(3)Section 29 (metal dealers’ exemption warrants) is repealed.
