SCHEDULE 4 Repeal of enactments

(introduced by section 53)

1 (1) Section 69 of the 1980 Act is repealed.

(2) In the Natural Heritage (Scotland) Act 1991—

(a) Part III is repealed,

(b) section 24 is repealed,

(c) Schedules 7, 8 and 9 are repealed.

2 Section 26 of the 2003 Act is repealed.
