20Providing money for illegal purposes
If a person knowingly provides money—
a
for any payment which is contrary to the provisions of this Act,
b
for any expenses incurred in excess of the maximum amount allowed by this Act, or
c
for replacing any money expended in any such payment or expenses,
the person commits the offence of illegal payment.
