60 S In section 6(9) of the Schedule to the Scottish Borders Council (Jim Clark Memorial Rally) Order Confirmation Act 1996 (entry to closed public roads), for “a relevant authority (as defined in section 6 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5))” substitute “ the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service ”.
