Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (c.27) S

54 S In section 87(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (exemptions from speed limits), for “a relevant authority as defined in section 6 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005” substitute “ the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service ”.
