The Cinemas Act 1985 is amended as follows.

In section 3(10) (definition for purposes of the Act), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “appropriate fire authority” for the words from “authority discharging” to the end of the paragraph substitute “ Scottish Fire and Rescue Service ”.

In section 8(2) (definition for purposes of the section), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “appropriate fire authority” for the words from “authority discharging” to the end of the paragraph substitute “ Scottish Fire and Rescue Service ”.
