48 S In paragraph 44 of Schedule 2 to the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 (official pensions), for “a relevant authority (as defined in section 6 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5))” substitute “ the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service ”.
