The Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004 is amended as follows.

In section 1 (antisocial behaviour strategies)—

a

in subsection (1), for “relevant” substitute “ the ”,

in subsection (11), for the entry for “relevant chief constable” substitute—

“chief constable” means the chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland.
