Standards in Scotland's Schools etc. Act 2000 (asp 6) S

40 S In section 58(1) of the Standards in Scotland's Schools etc. Act 2000 (interpretation), in the definition of “land”, for “interests in land (within the meaning of the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979 (c.33)” substitute “ rights registered in the Land Register of Scotland ”.
