1Universal credit: further provision

The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make such provision as they consider appropriate in consequence of any provision of—
a
Part 1 (universal credit) of the UK Act,
b
regulations made by the Secretary of State under that Part,
c
an order made under section 41(5)(a) of that Act.

Regulations under this section may modify any enactment (whenever passed or made).

Regulations under this section—
a
are subject to the affirmative procedure if they add to, replace or omit any part of the text of an Act,
b
otherwise, are subject to the negative procedure.
