Monetary penalties S

5 S An order under section 46 or 48 which enables the Scottish Ministers to require a person to pay a fixed monetary penalty or a variable monetary penalty may include provision—

(a) for early payment discounts,

(b) for the payment of interest or other financial penalties for late payment of the penalty (such interest or other financial penalties not in total to exceed the amount of that penalty),

(c) for enforcement of the penalty.
