Section 10 – Register of Tobacco Retailers
23.This section establishes a national Register of Tobacco Retailers in Scotland. Sections 11 to 14 set out how retailers can apply to be on the register and how changes can be made to such entries in the register and outlines the circumstances under which the Scottish Ministers can remove tobacco retailers from the register.
