PART 7 MENTAL DISORDER AND UNFITNESS FOR TRIAL

171 Abolition of common law rules

Any rule of law providing for—

(a) the special defence of insanity,

(b) the plea of diminished responsibility, or

(c) insanity in bar of trial,

ceases to have effect.
