10Scottish Court Service to provide sentencing information to the Council

The Scottish Court Service must provide the Council with such information relating to the sentences imposed by courts as the Council may reasonably require for the purposes of its functions.

The information must be provided in such form and by such means as the Council may require.

The Council must from time to time publish information about the sentences imposed by courts.
