72Time limits for lodging certain appeals
(1)The 1995 Act is amended as follows.
(2)In section 74 (appeals in connection with preliminary diets), in subsection (2)(b), for “2” substitute “seven”.
(3)In section 174 (appeals relating to preliminary pleas), in subsection (1), for “two” substitute “seven”.
