An offence under Part 1 of this Act against a person under the age of 18.

An offence under Part 4 of this Act.

Sexual abuse of trust (section 42 of this Act).

Sexual abuse of trust of a mentally disordered person (section 46 of this Act) where the mentally disordered person is under the age of 18.

Indecent assault of a person under the age of 18.
